MKH Developments Inc. is Hiring a Plumbing Apprentice Near Ventura, CA
- Assist with the install of new services on new houses/new construction.
- Working knowledge of PVC, cast iron, gas piping installation.
- Locates and marks position of pipe and pipe connections and passage holes for pipes in walls and floors, using ruler, spirit level, and plumb bob.
- Cuts openings in walls and floors to accommodate pipe and pipe fittings, using hand tools and power tools.
- Cuts and threads pipe, using pipe cutters, cutting torch, and pipe-threading machine.
- Install plumbing finishing and equipment as per plans.
- Calculate material take-off's.
- 2 years of plumbing commercial and/or residential experience
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, layouts, and specification (structural, architectural, civil, plumbing and cut sheets)
- Must be organized and maintain a clean work site
- Set all types of fixtures for finish
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
